The Hilton Singer Hotel Resort in Palm Beach County, Florida, suffered a major norovirus outbreak, and they are still in the process of cleaning their kitchens — even though they can’t be sure that the norovirus started there.

Health officials confirmed 83 cases and three people who were hospitalized, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Because a norovirus is highly contagious it is virtually impossible to determine the source.
