The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a warning about two brands of ground beef sold in Canada, because of the possibility of E. coli contamination.
Steakhouse Beef Burgers are sold throughout Canada at M&M Meat Shops. Pure Ground Beef Patties, processed by Toronto company Belmont Meats and sold through Costco stores in Ontario have both been recalled.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with either product as yet.
